Below are some frequently asked questions.

How much do your services cost?

All our services are provided at no cost to you.

Do I need to have insurance?

No, you do not need to have insurance to receive our services.

Do I need to make an appointment?

At PACN, we meet with clients by appointment only to ensure you get the time and attention you deserve.

Who may I bring to my appointment?

Your visit is focused on you and your health, therefore, we limit who can be in the counseling rooms with you.

Only the biological father or custodial parent/guardian of a minor (under 18 years of age) may attend your appointment with you. All clients will initially meet one-on-one with the Client Care Team and can decide if the biological father or custodial parent/guardian will participate towards the end of the visit with your written consent.

No friends, partners (male or female), non-custodial adults, or children will be allowed in the counseling rooms. No child care is provided. Children cannot be left unattended in the car.

Will you provide a referral for an abortion?

PACN does not promote, refer for, or provide abortions. We can offer medical quality pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to determine the viability of the pregnancy at no cost to you. Our Client Care Team will listen to your concerns, hear your story and offer factual information about your options.

Do I have to see the screen during an ultrasound?

No, you do not have to look at the screen during your ultrasound. You can ask the nurse to turn the screen away if that is more comfortable for you.

Why do I need an ultrasound if I’m planning on an abortion?

An ultrasound can help determine whether your pregnancy is viable since some women will miscarry early in pregnancy. It can also tell you how far along you are in your pregnancy, which is important because the cost and type of abortion is based on that information.

Can I get birth control from PACN?

PACN does not provide or refer for birth control. We encourage abstinence or sexual risk avoidance for our unmarried clients, because it is the only way to avoid unplanned pregnancy and STDs/HIV 100 percent of the time. Whether you are single or married, it is best to talk to your doctor about any concerns you have regarding birth control.
